Recommended usage
  1. Mix 9 g (2 scoops) in 330 ml of cold water. Recommended consumption of 1 serving per day.

Contains 100 mg caffeine per daily dosage.   Contains 10 mg epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per daily dosage.  Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
